Do you ship to APO’s?
Yes. Shipping usually will take anywhere from 10- 20 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We now offer worldwide shipping! Please note customs can hold a package anywhere between 12-30 days, meaning arrival dates will vary. If you think your package is stuck or lost, let us know by contacting us here.
What are your international shipping rates?
Shipping rates to international locations vary based on location and shipping time frame. Rates start at $8.95 & up and are based on the weight of your package and method of shipment selected. Please note that any customs charges incurred on packages are the responsibility of our customers to pay in order for their package to be delivered.
Can I return products?
You can return or exchange any defective merchandise or any product that you are not satisfied with by mail. Returns made within 10 days of order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Get started on the process here by sending a email to email@example.com. AT Ease Hair and Skin Care sold locally? Our goal is to get our products in barbershops, salons and retail locations in the US and abroad. If you know of a location that should stock our products, please have them contact us here or check out our retailer page.
Unfortunately, our shipping platform does not allow for International Returns to be submitted. However in the event that an item needs to to be returned, customers are responsible for shipping the package back to our warehouse. Once received and inspected, we can begin the refund process if applicable. Please reach out to our Support team here to initiate the return process.
What about duties and fees?
Due to complex international laws and taxes, we do not include these fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. AT Ease Hair and Skin Care is required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot change this value. If an order is refused, then you are responsible for the original shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping. Order changes and cancellations. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please call 918-77- RELAX. as soon as possible. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. After 10am (EST) Monday- Friday, we are not guaranteed to make any order or address changes, as the order would have shipped.
